DESCRIPTION:\nThis 3-days training is for participants who have completed o
 ur Online Micro Certification – and want to obtain the Enhanced Certific
 ation in the LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® (LSP) method.\nWhat’s included?:\n\n 
 	High-quality and hands-on training in LSP.\n 	An extensive manual and ex
 perience in using LSP.\n 	Three days all-inclusive stay and training at a
  LEGOLAND® Resort.\n 	Online “after training” support for preparing y
 our first LSP workshop.\n 	Access to our worldwide online facilitator netw
 ork.\n 	A tour in the LEGOLAND® theme park.\n\n \nAfter your training in
  the LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® methodology you can:\n\n 	Develop\, change an
 d strengthen your organization and the teamwork within your company.\n 	Op
 timize processes and performances within your organization or company.\n 	
 Develop and implement dynamic strategies in your organization or company.\
 n 	Engage in and facilitate personal development processes including coach
 ing\, mentoring\, etc.\n 	And much more.\n\n\nTarget group:\nOur training 
 is targeted towards people who work with management\, development\, facili
 tation\, processes\, and/or consulting.  \n\nProgram:\nThree days of ver
 y diversified content concerning theory\, research\, hands-on and tailorma
 de learning\, group work\, and reflection. It builds upon the obtained kno
 wledge and skills from the Online Micro Certification.\n\nA welcome letter
  including the complete program will be sent to you prior to the training.
  \n\nInstructors:\nMicael Buckle from Inthrface\nMicael has worked with t
 he LSP methodology since 2003 and is certified by LEGO®.\n\nMicael has ex
 perience with more than 1000 workshops using the LSP globally and in vario
 us contexts and settings for strategy\, management\, team\, personal and o
 rganizational development.\n\nMicael has worked closely with Hotel LEGOLAN
 D® since 2003 to create unique LEGO® experiences in Billund (Denmark)\, 
 Windsor (UK)\, Florida (USA)\, and California (USA).\n\nMarc Sonnaert fro
 m Inthrface\nMarc is an associated trainer of Inthrface. He was certified 
 in the LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® methodology at Hotel LEGOLAND® in Billund 
 in 2015\, and he has worked extensively with the method ever since.\n\nMar
 c has\, furthermore\, worked closely with Micael Buckle for more than two 
 years – training new facilitators.\n\nLanguage:\nThe training will be f
 acilitated in English.
