DESCRIPTION:This 3-day training is for participants who have completed our 
 Online Micro Certification – and want to obtain the Enhanced Certificati
 on in the LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® (LSP) method.\nWHAT’S INCLUDED?:\n\n 	
 High-quality and hands-on training in the LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® method.\
 n 	Manual and experiences in facilitating the LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® meth
 od.\n 	Three days all-inclusive stay at Hotel LEGOLAND®.\n 	Online “aft
 er training” support for preparing the facilitator’s first workshop.\n
  	Membership of our international online network of facilitators in the LE
 GO® SERIOUS PLAY® method called Brickmind.\n 	Tour of the LEGOLAND® 
 theme park.\n\n\nAFTER YOUR TRAINING IN THE LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® METHO
 D YOU CAN:\n\n 	Develop\, change and strengthen your organization and the 
 teamwork within your company.\n 	Optimize processes and performances withi
 n your organization or company.\n 	Develop and implement dynamic strategie
 s in your organization or company.\n 	Engage in and facilitate personal de
 velopment processes including coaching\, mentoring\, etc.\n 	And much more
 .\n\n\nTARGET GROUP:\nOur training is targeted towards people who work wit
 h management\, development\, facilitation\, processes\, and/or consulting.
   \n\nPROGRAMME:\nThree days of very diversified content concerning theo
 ry\, research\, hands-on and tailormade learning\, group work\, and reflec
 tion. It builds upon the obtained knowledge and skills from the Online Mic
 ro Certification.\n\nA welcome letter including the complete program will 
 be sent to you prior to the training.\n\nINSTRUCTOR:\nMarc Sonnaert from 
 Inthrface\nMarc is an associated trainer of Inthrface. He was certified in
  the LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® methodology at Hotel LEGOLAND® in Billund i
 n 2015\, and he has worked extensively with the method ever since.\n\nMarc
  has\, furthermore\, worked closely with Micael Buckle for more than two y
 ears – training new facilitators.\n\nLANGUAGE:\nThe training will be fa
 cilitated in English.
