DESCRIPTION:This 3-day training is for participants who have completed our 
 Online Micro Certification – and want to obtain the Enhanced Certificati
 on in the LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® (LSP) method.\nWhat’s included?:\n\n 	Hi
 gh-quality and hands-on training in LSP.\n 	An extensive manual and exper
 ience in using LSP.\n 	Three days all-inclusive stay and training at a LE
 GOLAND® Resort.\n 	Online “after training” support for preparing your
  first LSP workshop.\n 	Access to our worldwide online facilitator network
 .\n 	A tour in the LEGOLAND® theme park.\n\n \nAfter your training in th
 e LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® methodology you can:\n\n 	Develop\, change and s
 trengthen your organization and the teamwork within your company.\n 	Optim
 ize processes and performances within your organization or company.\n 	Dev
 elop and implement dynamic strategies in your organization or company.\n 	
 Engage in and facilitate personal development processes including coaching
 \, mentoring\, etc.\n 	And much more.\n\n\nTarget group:\nOur training is 
 targeted towards people who work with management\, development\, facilitat
 ion\, processes\, and/or consulting.  \n\nProgram:\nThree days of very d
 iversified content concerning theory\, research\, hands-on and tailormade 
 learning\, group work\, and reflection. It builds upon the obtained knowle
 dge and skills from the Online Micro Certification.\n\nA welcome letter in
 cluding the complete program will be sent to you prior to the training. \
 n\nInstructor:\nMicael Buckle from Inthrface\nMicael has worked with the L
 SP methodology since 2003 and is certified by LEGO®.\n\nMicael has experi
 ence with more than 1000 workshops using the LSP globally and in various c
 ontexts and settings for strategy\, management\, team\, personal and organ
 izational development.\n\nMicael has worked closely with Hotel LEGOLAND® 
 since 2003 to create unique LEGO® experiences in Billund (Denmark)\, Wind
 sor (UK)\, Florida (USA) and California (USA).\n\nMarc Sonnaert from Inth
 rface\nMarc is an associated trainer of Inthrface. He was certified in the
  LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® methodology at Hotel LEGOLAND® in Billund in 201
 5\, and he has worked extensively with the method ever since.\n\nMarc has\
 , furthermore\, worked closely with Micael Buckle for more than two years 
 – training new facilitators.\n\nLanguage:\nThe training will be facilit
 ated in English.
