DESCRIPTION:This 3-day training is for participants who has completed our O
 nline Micro Certification – and want to obtain the Enhanced Certificatio
 n in the LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® (LSP) method.\nWhat’s included?:\n\n 	Hig
 h quality and hands-on training in LSP.\n 	An extensive manual and exper
 ience in using LSP.\n 	Three days all-inclusive stay and training at a LE
 GOLAND® Resort.\n 	Online “after training” support for preparing your
  first LSP workshop.\n 	Access to our world-wide online facilitator networ
 k.\n 	A tour in  the LEGOLAND® theme park.\n\n \nAfter your training in
  the LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® methodology you can:\n\n 	Develop\, change an
 d strengthen your organization and the teamwork within your company.\n 	Op
 timize processes and performances within your organization or company.\n 	
 Develop and implement dynamic strategies in your organization or company.\
 n 	Engage in and facilitate personal development processes including coach
 ing\, mentoring\, etc.\n 	And much more.\n\nTarget group:\nOur training is
  targeted towards people who work with management\, development\, facilita
 tion\, processes and/or consulting.  \nProgramme:\nThree days of very di
 versified content concerning theory\, research\, hands-on and tailormade l

 ge and skills from the Online Micro Certification.\n\nA welcome letter inc

 methodology since 2003 and is certified by LEGO®.\n\nMicael has experienc
 e with more than 1000 workshops using the LSP globally and in various cont
 exts and settings for strategy\, management\, team\, personal and organiza
 tional development.\n\nMicael has worked closely with Hotel LEGOLAND® sin
 ce 2003 to create unique LEGO® experiences in Billund (Denmark)\, Windsor
  (UK)\, Florida (USA) and California (USA).\nLanguage:\nThe training will
