DESCRIPTION:\nThis 3-days training is for participants who has completed ou
 r Online Micro Certification – and want to obtain the Enhanced Certifica
 tion in the LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® (LSP) method.\nWhat’s included?:\n\n 	
 High quality and hands-on training in LSP.\n 	An extensive manual and ex
 perience in using LSP.\n 	Three days all-inclusive stay and training at a
  LEGOLAND® Resort.\n 	Online “after training” support for preparing y
 our first LSP workshop.\n 	Access to our world-wide online facilitator net
 work.\n 	A tour in  the LEGOLAND® theme park.\n\nAfter your training in 
 the LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® methodology you can:\n\n 	Develop\, change and
  strengthen your organization and the teamwork within your company.\n 	Opt
 imize processes and performances within your organization or company.\n 	D
 evelop and implement dynamic strategies in your organization or company.\n
  	Engage in and facilitate personal development processes including coachi
 ng\, mentoring\, etc.\n 	And much more.\n\nTarget group:\nOur training is 
 targeted towards people who work with management\, development\, facilitat
 ion\, processes and/or consulting.  \nProgramme:\nThree days of very div
 ersified content concerning theory\, research\, hands-on and tailormade le
 arning\, group work\, and reflection. It builds upon the obtained knowledg
 e and skills from the Online Micro Certification.\n\nA welcome letter incl

 f Inthrface. He was certified in the LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® methodology a
 t Hotel LEGOLAND® in Billund in 2015\, an he has worked extensively with
  the method ever since.\n\nMarc has\, furthermore\, worked closely with Mi
 cael Buckle\, CEO of Inthrface\, more than two years – training new faci
