DESCRIPTION:This 3-day training is for participants who has completed our O
 nline Micro Certification – and want to obtain the Enhanced Certificatio
 n in the LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® (LSP) method.\nWhat’s included?:\n\n 	H
 igh quality and hands-on training in the LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® method.\n 	
 Manual and experiences in facilitating the LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® method.\n
  	Three days all-inclusive stay at Hotel LEGOLAND®.\n 	Online “after tr
 aining” support for preparing the facilitator’s first workshop.\n 	Mem
 bership of our international online network of facilitators in the LEGO® 
 SERIOUS PLAY® method called Brickmind.\n 	Tour of the LEGOLAND® theme pa
 rk.\n\n\nAfter your training in the LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® methodology yo
 u can:\n\n 	Develop\, change and strengthen your organization and the team
 work within your company.\n 	Optimize processes and performances within yo
 ur organization or company.\n 	Develop and implement dynamic strategies in
  your organization or company.\n 	Engage in and facilitate personal develo
 pment processes including coaching\, mentoring\, etc.\n 	And much more.\n\
 nTarget group:\nOur training is targeted towards people who work with mana
 gement\, development\, facilitation\, processes and/or consulting.  \nPr
 ogramme:\nThree days of very diversified content concerning theory\, resea
 rch\, hands-on and tailormade learning\, group work\, and reflection. It b
 uilds upon the obtained knowledge and skills from the Online Micro Certifi
 cation.\n\nA welcome letter including the complete program will be sent to
  you prior to the training.\nInstructor:\nMicael Buckle from Inthrface\nMi
 cael has worked with the LSP methodology since 2003 and is certified by LE
 GO®.\n\nMicael has experience with more than 1000 workshops using the LSP
  globally and in various contexts and settings for strategy\, management\,
  team\, personal and organizational development.\n\nMicael has worked clos
 ely with Hotel LEGOLAND® since 2003 to create unique LEGO® experiences
  in Billund (Denmark)\, Windsor (UK)\, Florida (USA) and California (USA).
