Micael has a long background in leadership and consulting.\n\nMic ael has worked with the LSP methodology since 2003 and was in the first g roup certified by LEGO®. Since then\, Micael has worked as chief executiv e trainer &\; consultant\, and has experience from more than 1000 works hops using the LSP methodology and trained more than 500 new facilitators in the method globally.\n\nWhen time allows it\, Micael is also an adjunc t professor at Hult &\; Ashridge International Business School.\n\nProf essor Alison James\n\nUntil December 2019\, Alison James was a Director of Academic Quality and Development at Winchester and Professor of Learning and Teaching. She left full-time institutional life to focus on funded res earch into play-based and playful approaches in HE in general\, and more s pecifically in the context of management education at university.\n\nAliso n was certified as a facilitator in the LSP method in 2013. Since then\, s he has used the methodology extensively within and outside HE to enable pe ople to reflect on and explore matters important to them. Topics have incl uded sustainability\, evaluation\, Erasmus partnerships\, team identity\, strategy &\; direction\, handling change\, overcoming stuckness\, thres hold concepts\, relationships\, widening participation\, and countless oth ers.
