Last week, the CEO of Inthrface Micael Buckle and co-founder of the LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® methodology, Professor Johan S. Roos joined forces in a workshop focusing on rapid change in relation to the challenges of climate changes.
One of the participants that joined this workshop was Management Editor of the Financial Times, Andrew Hill. Hill was, just like several other participants that he talked to prior to the workshop, bluntly skeptical about the methodology. Even so, he and all the other participants chose to engage and contribute boldly and completely in the workshop, and it seems like they are very happy about this choice.
