As a part of our strategy to expand our LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® activities worldwide, we are proud to announce that we will extend our LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® facilitator training courses to California this summer. We are looking very much forward to cooperate with LEGOLAND® California Resort about this great expansion.
The method and our courses
The LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® methodology offers you a unique way of working with complex challenges, just as it is an incredible method to achieve common understanding and solutions within groups or teams. As a trained facilitator in the methodology you are able to run development processes (e.g. strategy development processes and team development processes) in your organization or company.
In other words, the methodology gives you an unimaginable degree of visibility into your own organization.
At our LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® facilitator courses you will get:
- Four full days of training,
- Extensive material covering both LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® exercises and theory,
- LEGO® materials,
- Three nights at Hotel LEGOLAND®,
- Food,
- Access to LEGOLAND® or LEGO® House,
- Access to our LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® network
- Assistance in framing your first LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® workshop after the course.
On top of all this, you will also receive a testimonial by one of the two LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® inventors, Johan S. Roos. This testimonial underlines the quality of the training you have received, and it is only given to LSP facilitators who are trained by Inthrface.
Same effective procedure – new surroundings!
The concept and content of the course in California will be equal to our other successful facilitator trainings in Billund, Florida and Windsor, and it will, as always, be Micael Buckle who will facilitate the training.
Micael has worked with the LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® methodology since 2003 and he is certified by LEGO®, and he has great global experience with more than 850 workshops using the methodology.
