Learn how to use Real Time Change® to help organisations, teams and leaders understand, prepare for and navigate change.

Developed by Professor Johan S. Roos and Micael Buckle, Real Time Change® builds on the LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® method and gives experienced facilitators a structured, research-based approach to working specifically with organisational change.

The certification is exclusively offered by Inthrface.

What can you do after the certification?

After completing the certification, you will be able to design and facilitate Real Time Change® workshops that help organisations explore their readiness for change and identify what can support – or prevent – successful change.

You can use Real Time Change® to help groups:

• Assess their readiness for change
• Understand what may support or block a change initiative
• Explore different perspectives on the change
• Identify what needs to change – and what should be preserved
• Understand internal and external factors affecting the organisation
• Build shared understanding around the way forward
• Turn insights into a stronger foundation for action

During the certification, you will learn how to:

• Understand the principles and research behind Real Time Change®
• Work with the key drivers of readiness for change
• Explore organisational change through a structured Real Time Change® process

• Design and facilitate your own Real Time Change® workshops

The certification combines theory with hands-on practice, allowing you to experience the process both as a participant and as a facilitator.

Who is it for?

Real Time Change® is an advanced certification for trained LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® facilitators.

You can join regardless of where you completed your original LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® facilitator training.

What makes Real Time Change® different?

Real Time Change® was developed specifically to help facilitators work with one of the most challenging areas in organisations: change.

The approach combines LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® with research and theory related to human development, sensemaking, crisis management and practical wisdom.

Rather than looking at change from one perspective, Real Time Change® helps groups explore the different forces and balances that influence whether change succeeds.

• Hands-on training in the complete Real Time Change® process
• An extensive facilitator manual with exercises, theory and practical guidance
• Practical experience facilitating Real Time Change® exercises

When booking the certification with accommodation, your package also includes an all-inclusive stay at Hotel LEGOLAND® Resort in Billund.

An optional visit to LEGOLAND® or LEGO® House may also be available after the training.

Micael Buckle has worked with the LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® method since 2003 and has facilitated more than 2,000 workshops worldwide within strategy, leadership, team and organisational development.

Together with Professor Johan S. Roos, Micael developed Real Time Change® as a dedicated approach for working with organisational change through the LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® method.
