Foundational Certification in the LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® methodology – Designed for Inclusion

Inthrface offers a UNIQUE 3-day facilitator training in the LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® (LSP) method – Designed for Inclusion, which we have co-developed with Prof. Johan Roos. Learn the foundations of the method, along with a versatile workshop framework that allows you to facilitate impactful workshops in organisations.

This Foundational Certification – Inclusion Remix is designed to make LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® facilitator training more accessible and inclusive.

The certification follows the same structure and learning outcomes as the standard Foundational Certification, but the learning environment, materials and facilitation style are designed with accessibility and neuroinclusion in mind.

The course is delivered in a small group setting with a maximum of 8 participants, allowing for a calm and focused learning environment.

What will you learn?

During the certification you will learn how to:

• Design LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® workshops for your organisation
• Facilitate workshops in as little as one hour
• Guide groups of different sizes
• Use the LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® method across different professional contexts

The training combines short theory sessions with hands-on building and facilitation exercises using LEGO® bricks.

What makes the ‘Designed for Inclusion’ Certification different?

The ‘Designed for Inclusion’ Certification is designed to support participants who benefit from a more inclusive learning environment.

This includes:

• Smaller group sizes
• Accessible course materials
• Flexible communication options
• The opportunity to request reasonable adjustments

You do not need a formal diagnosis to attend.
Anyone is welcome to join.
