Learn how to use the LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® method to create engaging workshops where everyone contributes, complex topics become easier to explore, and ideas become visible.

This 2-day live online certification gives you the skills and tools to facilitate LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® sessions both online and face-to-face.

What can you do after the certification?

After completing the certification, you will be ready to use LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® in shorter workshops and facilitated sessions.

You can use the method to:

• Engage everyone and create active participation
• Explore complex challenges in a practical and visual way
• Bring different perspectives together
• Build shared understanding within teams and groups
• Generate and develop ideas
• Support collaboration and meaningful conversations

The method can be applied across many different topics and organisational contexts.

What will you learn?

During the two days, you will learn how to:

• Understand the principles behind the LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® method
• Facilitate the core LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® process
• Ask effective questions and guide reflection
• Use models, metaphors and storytelling in facilitated sessions
• Design LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® exercises for different purposes

No previous experience with LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® is required.

The certification is designed for people working with facilitation, leadership, development, consulting or organisational processes, regardless of role, seniority or previous facilitation experience.

Marc Sonnaert

Marc Sonnaert is an experienced LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® facilitator and trainer associated with Inthrface. He was certified at Hotel LEGOLAND® in Billund in 2015 and has since worked extensively with the method, including training new facilitators together with Inthrface CEO Micael Buckle.
