Welcome to our anniversary 10th International LEGO® Serious Play® Conference. For two days, we gather practitioners from every sector to do what the method does best: think with our hands, surface what verbal discussion obscures, and leave sharper than we arrived.

This option also includes ADVANCED TRAINING 2: FACILITATION LAB – POSITIONING & SELLING LSP, facilitated by Marc Sonnaert from Inthrface.

Your opportunity

Grow beyond facilitation – become confident in positioning and selling the value of LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® by mastering the conversations that happen before the workshop.

This advanced training is designed to:

• Practice real client conversations in a safe lab setting
• Position LSP as a strategic tool (not just “fun”)
• Build confidence through peer feedback and iteration
• Develop your personal positioning and voice

PART 1 – BUILD & TEST

• Work hands-on with real client cases
• Use LSP to build your USP as a facilitator
• Practice asking and structuring intake questions
• Identify hidden needs and resistance
• Reframe requests into business outcomes

PART 2 — REFINE & PITCH

• Use LSP to build and refine your pitch
• Structure a clear intake conversation framework
• Practice positioning with peers and receive feedback
• Iterate and sharpen your message
• Pitch in a “Dragon’s Den” format
