Welcome to our anniversary 10th International LEGO® Serious Play® Conference. For two days, we gather practitioners from every sector to do what the method does best: think with our hands, surface what verbal discussion obscures, and leave sharper than we arrived.

In a world where algorithms can draft strategies, generate ideas, and simulate conversations, what is it that only human beings can facilitate? The answer lies in five capabilities: Curiosity, Creativity, Critical Thinking, Communication, and Collaboration, each amplified through the practical judgment that no model can replicate. These are the capabilities at the heart of Human Magic: Leading with Wisdom in a World of Algorithms, published this year, and the framework running through every session here.

The practitioner question that follows is what we are here to explore together: how do we design and facilitate experiences that genuinely develop these capabilities in the people we work with? You will leave with concrete approaches tied to specific capabilities, exposure to real cases from across disciplines, and a clearer sense of what distinguishes competent facilitation from excellent facilitation in the AI era.

The bricks will be on the tables. The work will be done by building, not by listening.

This option also includes the FOUNDATIONAL CERTIFICATION IN THE LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® (F2F) – a foundational, face-to-face facilitator training led by a Certified Training Partner from Inthrface.

In this 2-day intensive training, you’ll learn to design and facilitate creative and impactful LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® workshops for a wide range of purposes, both in-person and online. You will:

• Gain hands-on experience with core LSP techniques and theory

• Explore how the method promotes inclusion, systems thinking, and collective insight

• Learn to use metaphors and models that engage participants and clarify complex topics

• Receive an exclusive facilitator manual, a unique diploma (upon completion), and access to a global network of certified facilitators

Ideal for professionals in management, development, facilitation, or consulting who want to add a powerful tool to their practice.

This option also includes ADVANCED TRAINING 4: PLAY and LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® in Higher Education, facilitated by Professor Alison James.

Content:
Using a variety of playful and creative approaches (including, but not limited to, LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY®), you will explore how play and creativity can help clarify your drivers, priorities and aspirations.

You will identify enablers and inhibitors in your current context and connect with your own unique “human magic” – discovering how to harness it for personal and professional development, both individually and within teams.

Through this workshop you will:

• Deepen your understanding of playful and creative practices through hands-on exploration
• Gain insights into their role in lifelong and lifewide learning
• Explore what makes us irreplaceably human in a fast-paced, technology-driven world
• Reflect on the practices that best help you express your values, identity and potential
• Strengthen your ability to design safe, inclusive and engaging learning experiences
• Explore how LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® can complement and integrate with other creative approaches
• Draw on the collective intelligence of the group to extend your own practice

All sessions are in English.
