Who is Inthrface?

Inthrface is a consulting company based in Copenhagen, Denmark but operating internationally. We facilitate a wide range of different development processes mostly related to team-, strategy- and organizational development. We use a variety of frameworks and methods, but we are specialized in the use of LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® (LSP). You can read more about us here.

Inthrface and LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY®

All of our process consultants have several years of leadership experience from both the private and the public sector as well as abroad. We have engaged in the development of the LSP method from the very beginning and gained a vast amount of experience through more than 1000 LSP workshops on a global level. We have, furthermore, trained hundreds of facilitators in the use of the method.

We have, therefore, facilitated numerous development processes over the years and experienced and evaluated a lot of methods and processes with a rather limited engagement from the participants and with little or no effect in the organization.

However, the LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® method is different! It makes it possible to run more engaging, involving and effective development processes, and our experience shows that if you want to conduct a creative, stimulating and effective development or change process in your organization or company, the LSP method is the most productive choice. Read more about the LSP method here or dig into the theory and science behind the method here.

Our experienced background, furthermore, enable us to help you become a great facilitator yourself. By joining one of our facilitator trainings in the LSP method, you will gain knowledge on how to create functional and engaging workshops that fit the specific context of your work, and you will be able to use the method effectively right after completing your training.

You can download our brochure here.

Our facilitator training in the LSP method is, furthermore, the only training in the world that has been endorsed by one of the co-inventors of the method, Professor Johan S. Roos:

Inthrface and the international LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® community

Inthrface takes an active part in the international LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY®(LSP) community. An example of that is our growing “Brickmind” community for trained, experienced and openminded LSP practitioners. Members of this community gain from extensive knowledge sharing which increases the common efforts to promote the LSP method worldwide.

To further promote knowledge sharing, we also arrange the annual international LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® Conference and Advanced Training in Billund, Denmark – the LEGO® capital of the world. See more about our conference and advanced training here.

Furthermore, we cooperate with the co-inventor of the LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® method, Professor Johan S. Roos, Chief Academic Officer at one of the most globally oriented business schools in the world, HULT (www.hult.edu). Our cooperation serves to further develop the LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® method and contribute to advance its theoretical foundation.

Inthrface cooperates with LEGOLAND® resorts around the world

Presently, we cooperate with LEGOLAND® resorts in Billund (Denmark), Windsor (UK), Florida (USA) and California (USA). Together with these LEGOLAND® resorts, we run LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® facilitator courses and arrange LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® workshops. We expect to continually add more LEGOLAND® resorts to our list of course locations.

Inthrfaces facilitator training in the LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® method at LEGOLAND® Resorts

Receiving a LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® facilitator certification at a LEGOLAND® resort offers you the complete LEGO® experience – a great LEGO® location, experienced facilitators, and at a facilitator training endorsed by co-inventor of the LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® method, professor Johan S. Roos. As a result, participants are able to conduct LSP workshops in their own company or organization right after finishing the training.

Inthrface and LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® offers the perfect combination, if you wish to run effective development processes in your organization. Our experience and solid knowledge of the LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® methodology and the theoretical framework behind the method creates the best possible foundation to develop the skills needed for LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® practitioners to succeed. Hundreds of internal and external consultants, managers and educators have already experienced our intensive and comprehensive approach to help LSP enthusiasts gain the knowledge and practical skills needed to become capable and effective LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® practitioners. You can read more about our facilitator training here.

LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® workshops at LEGOLAND® resorts

We also run LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® workshops for corporate customers at the different LEGOLAND® resorts. Many organizations or companies use this opportunity to arrange conferences at a LEGOLAND® resort around the world where they add different LEGO® related activities to the program. In that regard, thn LSP method is often used to promote teambuilding and add a substantial development focus to the event.

The workshops typically last half a day to a full day and focus on analyzing and finding solutions for a variety of challenges faced by the particular company or organization. This could be challenges related to cooperation, communication, leadership, values, etc.

“In addition to a fantastic process, where the deep involvement and ownership of the strategy became anchored in management, the tool (LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY®) provided a powerful presentation at the leadership workshop.
