How you can collaborate with us:

Inthrface and LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY®

All of our process consultants have several years of leadership experience from both the private and the public sector as well as abroad. We have engaged in the development of the LSP method from the very beginning and gained a vast amount of experience through more than 2000 LSP workshops on a global level. We have, furthermore, trained hundreds of facilitators in the use of the method.

We have, therefore, facilitated numerous development processes over the years and experienced and evaluated a lot of methods and processes with a rather limited engagement from the participants and with little or no effect in the organization.

Professor Johan S. Roos

Co-founder of the LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® Methodology

However, the LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® method is different! Our experience with them method has shown us that if you want to conduct a creative, stimulating and effective development or change process in your organization or company, the LSP method is the most productive choice. Read more about the LSP method and dig into the theory and science behind the method here.

Our experienced background, furthermore, enable us to help you become a great facilitator yourself. Our facilitator trainings in the LSP method are the only trainings in the world that has been endorsed by one of the co-inventors of the method, Professor Johan S. Roos.

By joining one of our facilitator trainings in the LSP method, you will gain knowledge on how to create functional and engaging workshops that fit the specific context of your work, and you will be able to use the method effectively right after completing your training. You can read more about our facilitator trainings here.

Inthrface and the international LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® community

Inthrface takes an active part in the international LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY®(LSP) community. An example of that is our growing “Brickmind” community for trained, experienced and openminded LSP practitioners. Members of this community gain from extensive knowledge sharing which increases the common efforts to promote the LSP method worldwide.

To further promote knowledge sharing, we also arrange the annual international LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® Conference and Advanced Training in Billund, Denmark – the LEGO® capital of the world. See more about our conference and advanced training here.

We also cooperate with the co-inventor of the LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® method, Professor Johan S. Roos, Chief Academic Officer at one of the most globally oriented business schools in the world, HULT (www.hult.edu). Our cooperation serves to further develop the LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® method and contribute to advance its theoretical foundation.

Inthrface cooperates with LEGOLAND® resorts around the world

Presently, we cooperate with LEGOLAND® resorts in Billund (Denmark), Windsor (UK), Florida (USA) and California (USA). Together with these LEGOLAND® resorts, we run LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® facilitator trainings and arrange LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® workshops at all locations. We expect to continually add more LEGOLAND® resorts to our list of course locations.

We run LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® workshops for corporate customers at the different LEGOLAND® resorts around the world. Many organizations use this opportunity to arrange conferences at a LEGOLAND® resort around the world where they add different LEGO® related activities to the program. However, we also arrange workshops at other locations – so if you have the perfect location for your workshop just let us know.

The LSP method is often used to promote teambuilding and add a substantial development focus to the event. The workshops typically last half a day to a full day and focus on analyzing and finding solutions for a variety of challenges faced by the particular organization. This could be challenges related to cooperation, communication, leadership, values, etc.

What do our clients say?

““Inthrface cut no corners. They take pride in thorough preparations, detailed plans for deliveries and rigorous follow-up. You don’t partner up with inthrface to get consultants that scratch your back. They take a no-nonsense approach, challenge you and poke your weak spots – but also recognizes and builds on your strengths. They come with my highest recommendation.”

Rasmus Toft-Nielsen, Director of human resource, AstraZeneca.

“In addition to a fantastic process, where deep involvement and ownership of the strategy were anchored in the management group, the lego® serious play® method provided a powerful presentation right at our level at the leadership workshop. Still today, i have our future vision for eltel denmark sitting in my office, built in lego®.”

Claus Metzsch Jensen, CEO, Eltel Networks, Denmark.
