We call the three types of LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® Workshops The Basic, The Challenge, and Real-time Business. Our fourth and newest concept LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® – Real Time Change® was launched in 2020. Each individual workshop is tailored to match your specific organization, your wishes for the goal and for content of the process.

If you want the ultimate LEGO® experience, your LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® Workshop can take place at LEGOLAND® Hotel and Conference Center in Billund (DK), LEGOLAND® Resort in Windsor (UK), LEGOLAND® Resort Orlando, Florida (USA), or at LEGOLAND® Resort California, San Diego (USA).

The Basic

This LSP workshop format focuses particularly on team building and strengthening your social cohesion. The Basic shows you how individual inventiveness and collective creativity can create new common insight and development. By using physical models and storytelling, you will discover new sides of yourself and your co-workers.

You will, furthermore, have a fun experience that enables you to discuss challenges and successes with each other – and provide new ideas and knowledge to continue the work when you get back to the office.

The Challenge

The focal point of this LSP workshop format is a challenge of your choice selected from your daily work, It could be collaboration, culture, management, development, project development, etc. The Challenge takes you through a process where you use LEGO® models and narratives to uncover and sharpen your understanding of this challenge.

With the LSP method as a dialogue tool, you develop implementable solutions and action plans for how to handle the particular issue. Furthermore, the workshop gives you new methods for tackling future challenges effectively.

Real-time Business

This is the LSP method to its fullest extent! Real-time Business is the term for a tailored workshop in the LSP method for up to several hundred individuals that can last anywhere from four hours to three days.

Real-time Business is a heavy process- and results-oriented format that focuses on larger concrete topics such as employee development, leadership development, strategy development, efficiency and project startup and optimization. These types of workshops involve constructing your professional day-to-day experience in a LEGO® landscape – a diverse landscape consisting of several elements, such as your various competences, communication channels, clients, competitors, networks and trouble spots, etc.

In this three-dimensional landscape, we can work together to test possible scenarios, new initiatives, or threats – thus identifying efficient and innovative methods and solutions. The workshop will give you a profound understanding of the complexity in your everyday work, as well as enhance your ability to handle unexpected challenges in the future.

Inthrface – Superman

Real Time Change®

Inthrface exclusively offers a new LSP method designed to help people in organizations constructively getting ready for change – Real Time Change®.

Change initiatives in organizations often fail because people are neither committed to the change, nor convinced they can implement it successfully. This is a costly problem for most leaders and organizations.

This workshop is designed to help groups strike the essential balances every organization must create to initiate, plan and execute change in their unique internal and external eco-systems. Real Time Change® incorporates a dynamic set of research-based exercises that cultivate drivers of readiness for change among groups. Just like the original LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® method, Real Time Change® can be adapted for many different needs and settings.
