Welcome, Sean and Elisabeth!
It is with great pleasure that we August 1st welcomed our new consultants to our team: Sean Ramgoolam and Elisabeth H. R. Lagermann. Sean and Elisabeth participated in our own strategy workshop back in June where they with the rest of the team were involved in the making of our 2023-2024 strategy.
Meet our new consultants:
Sean Ramgoolam – Executive Consultant
Sean joins Inthrface after having held senior roles in organisations such as Vodafone, Barclays and Lloyds Banking Group before moving into his consulting career. Just over 3 years ago, Sean attended our certification in the US and apparently liked us soo much that he agreed to join us!
From Sean: “I am really excited to be joining the team at Inthrface and to being connected to the wider community. I have been in learning, leadership and organisational development for 20 years and I am looking forward to getting stuck into working with clients and expanding our portfolio.”
Elisabeth H. R. Lagermann – Junior Consultant
Elisabeth joins Inthrface as our new Junior Consultant. She will assist us on our LSP workshops, develop our extern communication initiatives and be responsible for running our international digital platform, Brickmind. Elisabeth finished her Masters in Communications in 2021 and has during and after her studies worked as an Academy and Communications Manager for the Danish esports organisation, Copenhagen Flames. Elisabeth is new to the LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® -method, but looks forward to her certification in the beginning of September in Billund.
From Elisabeth: “Joining Inthrface as our new Junior Consultant means a lot to me. I am certain that I have found the right place where I can develop in terms of skills and personal growth. Right now, I really look forward to gain a wider understanding and knowledge about the LSP and to meet our clients.”
