Our LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® Real Time Change® (RTC) Certification enables you to work with changes and transformation in various ways using LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY®. Whether you want to make action plans for a planned transformation, prepare for unknown changes or “simply” enhance the change readiness in an organization – this is the method for you.
RTC is developed by Chief Executive trainer Micael Buckle, CEO of Inthrface, and Professor Johan Roos, co-inventor and co-author of the original LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® method in 1999. It is built upon the original LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® method, and for that reason you need to be trained in this method before joining this course (but do not worry – we can help you with that too).
