Take part in the 9th International LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® Conference 2025, where professionals from around the world explore how creativity, imagination, and connection can thrive in a rapidly evolving world shaped by AI. The conference blends insightful talks with hands-on LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® sessions designed to spark innovation, critical thinking, and courageous collaboration.

This option also includes ADVANCED TRAINING 2: FACILITATION LAB – ENGAGE, STRUCTURE & IMPACT, facilitated by Marc Sonnaert from Inthrface.

This advanced, practice-oriented lab is designed to sharpen your facilitation skills for shorter, more focused LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® workshops. You will:

• Learn how to start strong with skills-building openers that energize and align purpose

• Structure smartly by combining exercises to save time while maintaining engagement

• Land with impact by creating outcomes that translate directly into real-world actions

• Gain hands-on experience designing workshop flows and receive feedback on real-life challenges

• Explore practical tools to ensure your workshops deliver clarity, motivation, and results

You’ll also bring your own case or scenario to the training to customize and apply what you learn.

This option also includes ADVANCED TRAINING 4: PLAYI and LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® in Higher Education, facilitated by Professor Alison James.

This highly interactive workshop combines LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY®, broader play practices, and genAI-based learning to enrich higher education (HE) and professional development. You’ll explore how to:

• Deepen your use of play in HE settings

• Integrate findings from the PLAYI project using genAI

• Design and test new learning experiences using play, genAI, and LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY®

• Collaborate with peers to inspire and expand your educational approach

Whether you’re new to applying LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® in HE or looking to evolve your practice, this advanced training offers valuable tools and insights for supporting adult learners in a rapidly changing educational landscape.
