Take part in the 9th International LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® Conference 2025, where professionals from around the world explore how creativity, imagination, and connection can thrive in a rapidly evolving world shaped by AI. The conference blends insightful talks with hands-on LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® sessions designed to spark innovation, critical thinking, and courageous collaboration.

This option also includes the MICRO CERTIFICATION IN THE LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® (F2F) – a foundational, face-to-face facilitator training led by Marc Sonnaert from Inthrface.

In this 2-day intensive training, you’ll learn to design and facilitate creative and impactful LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® workshops for a wide range of purposes, both in-person and online. You will:

• Gain hands-on experience with core LSP techniques and theory

• Explore how the method promotes inclusion, systems thinking, and collective insight

• Learn to use metaphors and models that engage participants and clarify complex topics

• Receive an exclusive facilitator manual, a unique diploma (upon completion), and access to a global network of certified facilitators

Ideal for professionals in management, development, facilitation, or consulting who want to add a powerful tool to their practice.

Also included is the newly updated ADVANCED TRAINING 3 – REAL TIME REFRAMING®, facilitated by Marc Sonnaert from Inthrface. This advanced session introduces a powerful, research-based tool to reframe intelligent failures into stepping stones for growth. Participants will engage in systems thinking, playful experimentation, and real-world application, gaining valuable new skills to support clients and organizations.
